Tomato diet for those who like tomato juice, during a week you can lose 2.5-4 kg. By the way, the tomato juice is incredibly useful, it contains acids required for metabolic processes, sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium.

Menu is as follows:

Breakfast: a glass of tomato juice with two slices of rye bread, smeared with a thin layer of low-fat cottage cheese, 1 piece of fruit – apple, orange or banana.

Lunch: a glass of tomato juice, 100 grams of cooked rice, vegetables, apples, 100 g of boiled fish.

Dinner: 100 g boiled beef, a vegetable side dish, 50 g of boiled rice, a glass of tomato juice.

Can stick to this diet not more than 2 weeks.
