A diet designed for weight loss in two weeks for which you can lose up to 4 – 5 kg, however, diet is very hungry, so it is perhaps easier to withstand the heat, when declining appetite for itself. And of course, if your body reacts badly to the use of eggs, you’d better not to resort to this diet.

Day1

3 eggs, 3 cups of coffee and three apples.

Day 2

3 eggs, 3 cups of coffee and three apples.

Day 3

Breakfast: an egg. 

Lunch: 100 g beef, spinach. 

Day 4

Breakfast: egg. 

Lunch: boiled fish. 

Dinner: 2 eggs, a cup of coffee.

Day 5

Breakfast: egg, a cup of coffee. 

Lunch: 2 eggs, tomato. 

Dinner: fish, vegetables.

Day 6

Breakfast: egg, a cup of coffee. 

Lunch: a piece of boiled beef, cucumber. 

Dinner: 100 grams of beef, coffee.

Day 7

Breakfast: coffee, an egg. 

Lunch: chicken and vegetables. 

Dinner: chicken, vegetables, apple, coffee.

8-14 days - repeat the diet, from day 1.
