The diet is not hungry, but definitely has limits. Vegetables can be eaten as much as necessary, but the majority of fruits have to be abandoned.

Falls under the prohibition of anti-depressant a banana and all the other sweet fruits.

No coffee and sweet black tea.

Water, mineral water, green tea (without sugar of course) and 1 -% yogurt – that’s all your drinks for a period of dieting.

For half an hour before every meal you should drink 200 ml of mineral water.

Breakfast: 125 g cottage cheese, 2-3 “Finnish” bread, a spoon of water with a spoonful of honey.

Lunch (noon): 2 apples, herbs and green vegetables (Bulgarian pepper, cucumbers, etc.) in raw, boiled or stewed.

Lunch: Vegetable soup, boiled in water, not fat broth – beetroot, lentils, spinach, mushroom, etc.               lean beef, veal or chicken skinless fillets boiled. Garnish – 3 tablespoons green peas and fresh vegetables.

Snack: Finnish bread, vegetables and a spoonful of vegetable oil, 1/2 cans of cream.

Dinner: 2 apples or oranges, a diet yogurt.
