The Mexican diet is designed for 4 days. A set of products is very simple, but very poor, so be ready to be hungry constantly, especially during the first 2 days, to remind you of yourself, providing comfort in the idea that you can lose weight by 3 kg in just half of the week.

Day 1

Breakfast: a cup of unsweetened coffee, orange, 2 eggs. 

Lunch: 8 prunes. 

Dinner: 1 egg, and orange.

Day 2

Breakfast: coffee and a piece of cheese. 

Lunch: orange and an egg. 

Dinner: a cup of yogurt and pear.

Day 3

Breakfast: a cup of strong sweet tea. 

Lunch: cucumber, tomato and a slice of cheese. 

Supper: a glass of milk.

Day 4

Breakfast: cereal and juice. 

Lunch: cucumber, tomato and lettuce (not hot). 

Dinner: 2 oranges.
