This diet is designed for three days, during which you can get rid of 2-3 kg.

So, what should be on this diet?

The carrots

Be sure to add the lemon juice, honey can be (but in total not more than 1 tbsp. a day).

For a meal you eat cooked, as noted above, carrots and a piece of fruit: apple, kiwi, grapefruit, oranges, pomegranates.

Before sleep you can eat grapefruit.

Try to drink plenty of water or tea.
