  • 2 rice crackers with a thin layer of paste of almonds, hazelnuts or cashews.
  • Herbal tea.

Dinner:

  • 1 apple cider vinegar diluted in a glass of mineral water without gas.
  • Pasta with a jar of canned tomatoes with a spoon of tomato puree.
  • A small container of yogurt.
  • Herbal tea.

Day Two

Breakfast:

  • A small glass of fresh orange or apple juice.
  • Haddock or smoked fish with roasted mushrooms under the grill with olive oil.
  • Herbal tea.

Snack:

  • 5 cashew.

Lunch:

  • 1 apple cider vinegar diluted in a glass of mineral water without gas.
  • Pasta with grilled chicken or fish, parsley, and 1 peeled tomato.

Dinner:

GOLDEN RULES of 7 Days Diet

  1. Drink at least 1.5 liters of mineral water per day.
  2. Up to 30 minutes easy walk every day.
  3. Smoking and alcohol are prohibited.
  4. Take for breakfast and dinner two capsules of vitamins a day and one tablet of omega-3 oils.Take the capsules, not tablets.
